The Logbook (or Diary) is the official daily/weekly record of the internship. It proves to the university that you were actually working and not just collecting a certificate.

3. Unit Summary and Evaluation Focus
Unit 3 is the continuous assessment portion of the subject.
Consistency: Do not write the logbook in one sitting at the end of 6 months. Evaluators can tell when entries are faked.
The Pre-Placement Offer (PPO): The ultimate goal of scoring high on the supervisor evaluation is converting the internship into a full-time job offer (PPO).
